Gurgaon,
the millennium city is marked by a fast paced growth and increasing
number of projects. It is the IT and BPO capital of India and these
reasons have compelled people to move here. This sort of demand led
to sprouting up of new residential projects. The constant development
made Gurgaon the most favorable place to live in. It is now the hub

the well being of a city.
Due
to all these reasons New Gurgaon has seen a large inflow of big

Mahindra, Godrej to name a few. Two such projects from two very

Heights-Phase 2.
SupertechAzaliya Gurgaon is a semi
luxury apartment with options of 1 and 2 BHK apartments. The sizes
vary from 600 to 1000 sq. ft. and the prices fall in the range of
34.8 to 58 lac. The project is part of a 70 acre township called HUES
that is based on the concept of 6 colors that define the essence of
life. Around 85% of the total area has been allocated to green. With

range from 1.3 to 2.3 cr. Open spaces have been given prime focus and
about 80% of the total site has been given to these. Other amenities
include yoga/aerobics centre, multipurpose hall, swimming pool,
billiards, squash, indoor as well as outdoor games, bowling alley,
rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment and waste disposal.
Both
the projects offer luxurious facilities the critical differences lie
in the number of bedrooms, apartment sizes and prices. Vatika offers
more number of bedrooms, larger apartments and pricier housing as
compared to Supertech. The location of both is well connected to
Gurgaon and Delhi. If you are on a budget, then Supertech Azaliya is
your answer if not, then Vatika Tranquil Heights-Phase 2 has some
great options to offer.
