Gurgaon is the hub of real estate activity. Being the IT/BPO capital of India, it has attracted many people to flock to its doors. But Gurgaon too started filling up and further expansion became important. This is how New Gurgaon came into the picture.

The city has proven to be a good investment in the past years. The real estate prices have shot up. So much so that it has become difficult to buy property in the city anymore. With constantly rising prices, affordable projects have become a necessity in Gurgaon. Sectors 76-95 and 102-113 have been demarcated as new areas under-development in Gurgaon. These sectors are being developed under the Gurgaon-Manesar Master Plan 2031. They aim to provide affordable residential options.

Maintained by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), it has all sorts of infrastructure like banks, ATMs, hospitals, educational institutes, markets, entertainment zones, roads, telecom network, sewage and waste disposal. This sort of planning helps in keeping a tab on illegal construction, congestion, traffic problems and parking problems. So the city offers all amenities that are essential for livelihood.

The government has planned certain reforms to persuade investors and buyers for launching projects in Gurgaon. After these have been implemented, the city has observed a boom in the realty market. One of them being the building of a direct link from Lutyen's Delhi to IGIA in order to bypass the snarling traffic. Another is the completion of the National Highway 8. The building of the Dwarka Expressway and the upcoming metro are two projects that have been taken up in order to connect the two cities in a better way. Other upcoming projects include the building of ISBT that would help Gurgaon be connected better to the neighbouring states.

These two projects have different things to offer. Both have good locations and have luxurious amenities. But one offers plots while the other has apartment units. So it depends on the buyer to choose between the two.
