Gurgaon is a city that first established the mall culture in North India. Along with the boom of DLF residences and office spaces, it has been setting trends again and again.

These factors have made it a very inviting place to invest in. This is the reason that the number of project launches is quite high in Gurgaon. The city has been expanding since and now a new belt of sectors from 76-95 and 102-113 are being developed, called New Gurgaon. It is accessible via the National Highway 8, the Dwarka Expressway, Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Sohna-Gurgaon Road, Northern Peripheral Road (NPR) and Kundli Manesar Palwal (KMP) Expressway. Supertech Neeladri sector 79 Gurgaon offers the options of 2 and 3 BHK apartments with sizes ranging from 1275 sq. ft. to 2110 sq. ft. The unit prices start from 82.9 lac and go upto 1.3 cr.

On the other hand, Ashiana Mulberry Sohna has a typology of 2 and 3 BHK apartments which have sizes from 1210 sq. ft. to 1700 sq. ft. The rates start from 55.5 lac and go upto 76.5 lac.

Both provide world-class amenities and are very easily connected. If you are looking for economical options, then Mulberry will fit in your pocket. But if luxury and proximity to the city are your concerns, then you should go for Neeladri.
