New
Gurgaon is the newly developed area that has attracted much
attention. It is that belt of area that is located near National
Highway 8 (NH-8). It is being developed in two clusters, one along
the Northern Peripheral Road (NPR) also known as the Dwarka
Expressway and another along the Southern Peripheral Road. These two

Gurgaon has been planned and is based on the Gurgaon-Manesar Master

Palwal (KMP) Expressway. It is close to the IGI Airport, the proposed
ISBT and Railway Station. The upcoming metro too will run along the
Dwarka Expressway, which will be connecting Dwarka to Gurgaon.
The
area has attracted considerable attention as the property rates are
substantially lower here. Property in Gurgaon is easy to
afford. There is no dearth of residential projects that one can find
here. The housing is affordable and the facilities are modern. These
reasons make it a suitable place to invest in.
Not
only is the price a great factor, but also the expansive environments
