DLF Privana- Another Landmark in Creation


New Gurgaon is the newly developed area that has attracted much attention. It is that belt of area that is located near National Highway 8 (NH-8). It is being developed in two clusters, one along the Northern Peripheral Road (NPR) also known as the Dwarka Expressway and another along the Southern Peripheral Road. These two sections are further divided into sections that are classified as residential and commercial. This clear division will help in an even growth that will be free of congestion and traffic issues.

New Gurgaon has been planned and is based on the Gurgaon-Manesar Master Plan 2031. It focuses on providing economical housing, focusing the mid-income group. These areas have a better infrastructure that aims to provide a life that has all the amenities like banks, hospitals, ATMs, roads, water supply, telecom network, markets, entertainment zones and hotels.

It is connected through NH-8, Dwarka Expressway and the Kundli Manesar Palwal (KMP) Expressway. It is close to the IGI Airport, the proposed ISBT and Railway Station. The upcoming metro too will run along the Dwarka Expressway, which will be connecting Dwarka to Gurgaon.

The area has attracted considerable attention as the property rates are substantially lower here. Property in Gurgaon is easy to afford. There is no dearth of residential projects that one can find here. The housing is affordable and the facilities are modern. These reasons make it a suitable place to invest in.
